I was not thrilled to learn that orders less than $35 take 2 weeks to process which makes no sense whatsoever. It took about 2 weeks before I got the email that my order was processed. I was ready to call on that Monday to cancel my order and order from another company. If it takes 2 weeks to process an order, then it needs to be stated BEFORE someone hits the order button. Between that and the small print on the tubes, I doubt I will order from this company again. Which is a shame, because I am excited to see Black-woman owned companies.
