Unfortunately, the whole CurlMix experience was completely disappointing, and part of my order was incorrect. From the beginning of my order, with trying to keep the “free” combs and brushes out of my cart, to customer service being absolutely non-existent. Despite emailing and reaching out through the “chat” option on the website, I never heard a single word back when reaching out for help. I was not interested in more plastic brushes and combs, to cut down on waste and plastic that ends up in landfills, but they have it automatically set to stay in your cart, if you spend a certain amount. You cannot use a discount code to save money on such expensive product, in small containers. I ended up spending less than I originally was going to, because I wanted to avoid the “free” gift. Thank goodness, because I could not believe the lack of communication, as well as the lack of information on the website, of you were to encounter a problem. The products flaked, despite following the instructions, and caused a very itchy scalp. I do appreciate their comment about returns, and how it’s hard on the planet.
I would not recommend.
