The bars: solid and natural to hold. The platform: sturdy and very practical with all of its channels. The ropes and rods: an impressive invention on how to secure a band and still make for a smooth range of motion. The bands: so far they seem on par with other high-end bands I’ve used, but at least they don’t crack and shred due to the platform. The spacers: I really didn’t think these things would do much… until I used them! Wow! I’m going to have to order another set!
