Excellent build quality and protects the door very well! I was using a lower quality anchor from another company and the Harambe anchor is much more robust. There's not much space between the top of my door and the frame, and at first I couldn't get the door to close on the anchor because the strap is so thick. Then I figured out if I spread the strap horizontally so there is one layer instead of two, the door closes great! I've used the anchor at the bottom of the door with the light gray band ...

Straight out of the box it is obvious that the Harambe system is an extremely well- thought out piece of kit and meticulously made. It’s easy to put the system together following the videos on the website. I love the fact that I can take the system out of a wardrobe, do my workout and then easily put it away again! As with resistance bands you know you’ve a hard but good workout!

By far some of the best bars for resistance bands on the market. Solid stainless steel and pulley system that is strong and with an independently rotation unlike some other bars on the market cheaply made. Feels great in the hand and knurling never feels like it will slip out of the hands. Harambe makes great products and I have four of their bars in my routine and training I do with my teenage sons.

Currently using the bag to hold the following… - K Bar - Handles - Platform - Squat Wedges - 2 sets of Harambe 38” bands + Black band - 1 set of Serious Steel 32” bands + Yellow band - 2 foam blocks - Full set of green - blue ropes w/rods - Weight lifting belt - Arm and leg sleeves It would be helpful if the protectors that come in the bag for the pulleys were available for sale separately, as I have 2 other Harambe bars.

I recently purchased the haramba system on recommendation from my physiotherapist after Amy and hip replacement. They told me I need to do some weights to build a muscle back. I find it extremely flexible, easy to use, fantastic quality and it just works perfectly giving me a great weight experience from my rooftop. I must say it's a tough place to be exercising and a great way to start every day.

Harambe has changed my life. Natural bodybuilder for 25 years. The resistance is smooth and challenging. Progressive overload is so much harder with Harambe System. I'm so grateful I bought this instead of the X3. Great product, great ingenuity, great work! Onward and upward! Christopher Bell

I recently got the T-Bar Factory Second bundle with the Travel Plate. I also added the Standard Plate, rods, and ropes. They all work together perfectly, which is awesome. I like having the bigger plate because it fits the T-Bar perfectly. The bands feel smoother with the plate’s width. I’m only 5ft.4 inches tall, so I’m not sure if this is a big deal for you, but I’m really impressed with the quality of the system. The bar is super smooth and quiet, with knurling that’s unlike anything I’ve eve...

When you first look at the price of Harambe products you might be startled compared to other products. But trust me, I have everything in the variable resistance world and Harambe is 10x the quality of product and has given me 10x the results. I first started with the blue Kong and black bands with my old competitor system and they were so much tougher than any other band I have and I started to see massive differences in the definition of my muscles and density of them especially in my back. When I first saw the “Bag” I was like, totally unnecessary. Then I lugged my Manhattan Bar, footplate and bag of bands/accessories around a few times and thought differently. $140 for a bag of this size and quality is completely reasonable. Immediately love it. The equivalent of investing in a high quality toolbox for high quality tools. There’s a secure place for each item in Harambe System with plenty of room for other lifting gear and clothes. Wherever and whenever I train, it’s just grab my ...

I did a lot of research before ordering. I bought everything in the Harambe system and I have pre ordered the belt squat, wedges and curl bar. the quality is superb all the way through from the packaging to the equipment and the carry bag is fantastic. Harambe has arrived in Ireland. worth every cent!

I had been using a squat belt from another company and didn’t feel I needed to get this belt. But after seeing Khalid’s business practices, I trusted what he was delivering. So I bought it. Wow! Night and day! Coupled with the Harambe System (as it should be), I’m hitting muscles and doing exercises that I thought couldn’t be performed with the “letter-number” belt. Great job Khalid!

The factory second board with the K Bundle I got is really well done! The board and bar are heavier than expected and initially I wasn't so sure about them but over time as I got into my first few workouts they really grew on me and now I've adapted and appreciate the great machining that went into the stainless steel bar. The knurling on the K bar is great; grippy but not rough or painful with heavy tension. The bands initially had some powder that caused some very faint irritation on my skin b...

I purchased the T bar V2 and complete system to supplement my free weight workouts and for use while traveling. I’ve completed a couple weeks of use and have traveled via car with the system to an out of state wedding. The quality of the system is unsurpassed and the quality of the workout far better than any other band system I’ve utilized in the past. What makes the system so nice is that the total package and workout app works well together. I’ve tried just using resistance bands as substitut...

These are super high quality bands and better than the 41 inch Rogue Fitness bands I have used in the past. The Harambe system also works way better with the 38 inch bands. I tried a couple different 41 inch bands and the tension is not the same. These bands feel like they are going to last a long time!

I’ve been training with Harambe bands and 32” Serious Steel bands exclusively for nearly 6 months. While previously using competing bars on the market, I decided to take the plunge once I saw the factory refurbished sale online. The V1 T bar is similar in weight to the steel 22”/29”/35” bars that I bought from Etsy. The spin on both the T and K bar are so smooth it’s a much more pleasant experience than the hook bars. Getting into position for front squat is much easier, and loading bands on to ...

Works great. Price seems a bit high for this particular product, but I am sure as Harambe grows, they will find some savings where it makes sense. Happy with this purchase.

Recently began using Harambe System bands after using a competitor brand. The competitor was a molded resistance band in a set of 5. I figure why not match up and get the 4 band set + the black band. The quality is a world apart. The heaviest band in the other system isn’t even as strong as the 3rd band in Harambe System’s. I’m looking forward to a more intense workout and a better pump. After trying the bands, I’m definitely considering investing in the rest of the system.

I have worked as a full time professional Strength and Conditioning coach and Personal Trainer for over 30 years. This is by far the best band-based resistance training system I have ever used. It is extremely well made wit sturdy parts constructed of stainless steel and high-end polymers. It is highly versatile allowing one to perform any classing Barbell strength training movement. Like any really good tool it is truly limited only by the users imagination. I would highly recommend the Harambe...

Great cork blocks and quality! I love the groove that fits nicely for head support on a bench press. My only suggestion: make a future block that is taller and wider with an additional groove on the top vertical side. It would be nice for ex to have a 12 inch tall block that can be stacked vertically - and not requiring two to stack tall. Thank you!

I should have added these long ago. They add a whole new range of tension from the bands and are great for fine tuning the load. They really let me do a smoother transition as I slowly but surely get stronger.

The Harambe System's K-BAR feels perfect to the touch. It's knurl is just enough to make you want to push out more reps getting PRs. The width allows me to adjust my grip on any exercise as this conforms to my body-type, not the other way around! I'm so glad to have discovered this top-quality system and not only being an early adopter, but a long time client/user!

Quite possibly the best resistance band bar ever made! Some say that the other bars are too short or too long, but this middle bar gets it quite right for my frame and size! I pair this bar with the serious steel 32 inch bands. Feels like a dream! The spin is very buttery smooth and no sticking like the other bar. This is by far the best resistance bands bar around and highly recommended!

While this picture doesn’t highlight the rods they are actually very nice looking and just spice up the aesthetics of the system. I am quite pleased and rate this system as a superior way to get in a good workout!

Phenomenal product, you can immediately tell the difference in the quality just by holding it and once you do a workout it’s on another level compared to the X3. I definitely feel more muscles engaged using the Harambe system!

I have completed my first 6 weeks with the Harambe System. As someone who works from home with minimal strength training experience, I can honestly say this has changed my life. It was the building block to create consistency in my fitness journey after losing 75 lbs and trying to avoid the skinny fat route. My flexibility has improved along with my posture complimenting the K Bar System with my other home routines. Thank you to the Harambe team for creating a high quality product that I enjoy u...

Such a great band that I bought 2! They’re great for progressive loading to help build to the next band (such as light green to dark green,. And no, I’m not massive guy!}. These bands truly are the best, and I’ve tried many bands from many systems. Great job Khalid!

I already had a set of these “T” rods, so that should speak volumes. They work perfectly with the T- handles as well as the main bars. So I use the, for curls, bench, triceps, core, dead lifts, and what ever exercise where I want to keep the band as close to the hand as possible and shortens the range of motion. And with 2 sets, it cuts down on the time to swap 5em out to the other bar.

I'm a little over two weeks into using The Harambe Fitness System and I simply must say it beats a gym membership. I can get to it right in my own bedroom, and let me tell you this system is the truth! I haven't even opened the dark green or the black band of is packaging. The light green band is tough enough for me right now. Use it, be consistent, proper rest, hydration, and nutrition. That is all it takes with cadence in your reps and progressive overload as you become stronger. Get after it!...

The new Urban Camo plates are amazing!! I did not think that Harambe could improve on the previous iteration of the plate because that is perfect and built like a tank. However, the new plates are beyond perfect. I get the best tension for any exercise I want to do. I couldn't be happier with the new plates.

Harambe footplate in black. Great quality, robust and well sized. It’s a pleasure to use, it gentle to the bands. It feels solid and secure at all times. It also looks good. I actually own the x3 bar system, but the footplate that comes with that system is smaller, more frail and it actually nicks the bands. The x3 plate doesn’t hold a bone to the Harambe footplate. Very strong ropes! When I initially seen the ropes online I thought how good could some 550 paracord be? Well I was very wrong! This is not 550 paracord, this is very strong climbers rope! My brother is an arborist meaning he climbs trees for a living and uses some of the strongest ropes out there. He was very impressed with the quality of this rope. Harambe really cares about quality and the ropes are a prime example of that top shelf quality.

The K System is the best resistance band system out there. Starting from the ground up. The Footboard is unreal. The photos on the website does not do this thing justice. It is massive! It weighs a ton. I honestly think you could build muscle with the footboard alone. It feels great to stand on. The K Bar... What can I say? When you use The K Bar, you instantly forget that you are working out with bands. From the first rep to the last rep, it truly feels like you are performing heavy duty compou...

I have an X3 system. While I didn’t have the issues with band shredding that some people did I did want a larger plate. I jumped on the “cosmetic defect” sale and I’m really glad I did. This board is amazing. Adds a whole other dynamic to my work outs. I couldn’t be happier. I’m currently saving up for the K bar. Based off the quality of the board I know I won’t be disappointed.

Dear Khalid, I received the plate yesterday and I have experimented with all kinds of exercises. I’m impressed with the quality of this plate and the attention to detail you have punt into it. I’m very happy and satisfied with this purchase. It is well worth all the money. Kind Regards and all the best! Augusto.

I’m absolutely loving these handles, they have opened up a ton of new exercises that are going to help me grow, they’ve kept everything fresh and new so you don’t get stuck in a rut with training, the handles are such high quality and the knurling is perfect, super grippy but also very comfortable. I highly recommend these handles for anyone who is looking to expand their Harambe System 🦍💪🏻

Love this footplate. It is well designed and sturdy and the perfect size. I prefer to workout barefoot at home so I appreciate the textured surface. Much better than standing on grip tape IMO. If you are in the market for a plate get this one, you'll have no regrets.

I could not be happier with this board. I have been using the X3 system (with the old plastic board) for close to two years and have been on the fence about investing in a better board. I had also been considering the Harambe bar for a while. When I came across the Harambe board, it looked and sounded so perfect that I decided to pull the trigger and order both the board and bar. The board arrived first. Even without the Harambe bar (still using the X3 bar) the board has instantly made my workou...

Built like a tank. Enables wider grip than other bars out there and has a much higher build quality. No torque on the “Action” of the bearing/pulley system so it’s a more natural movement and safer system than the X3 Bar.
