The Harambe Travel Plate fits my Soloflex Whole Body Vibration Platform perfectly. The bottom of the plate is super slick. There are raised lips at either end of the band channel. I recently got the T-Bar Factory Second bundle with the Travel Plate. I also added the Standard Plate, rods, and ropes. They all work together perfectly, which is awesome. I like having the bigger plate because it fits the T-Bar perfectly. The bands feel smoother with the plate’s width. The plate, bands and bar are all premium quality. As a lifter and physical therapy student, I can confidently state that Harambe methodology is minimum effective dose at its finest. When you first look at the price of Harambe products you might be startled compared to other products. But trust me, I have everything in the variable resistance world and Harambe is 10x the quality of product and has given me 10x the results. Then I lugged my Manhattan Bar, footplate and bag of bands/accessories around a few times and thought differently. $140 for a bag of this size and quality is completely reasonable. Came to Harambe from X3 for the improved 38” bands and the sling system. Started with the Travel bar to take between work (fire stations) and home. The factory second board with the K Bundle I got is really well done! The board and bar are heavier than expected and initially I wasn't so sure about them but over time as I got into my first few workouts they really grew on me and now I've adapted and appreciate the great machining that went into the stainless steel bar.
