I love the lightness of the bar and fluidity with the exercises. I’m still fairly new to doing the exercises but I now look more forward to doing them compared to the X 3 bar. I appreciate the extra length of the bar. It’s well made and super sturdy.m!!

I grabbed the X3 Bar System (Newest gray platform) prior to grabbing this platform (+T bar, K rods and assorted ropes, I already had some serious steel bands) and the difference in performance is night and day. This platform and bar are wider (good for me, 5'11" and leggy), and built like a tank from a single material. The X3 is narrower and a composite metal/coating build (thinner too, I could feel it bow slightly using the elite band). The coating only lasted a few workouts with the doubled ...

Your customer service was outstanding. Had one of the spacer bags missing. From the initial email to the time it was resolved was at most 10 minutes. And all questions that I ask we’re answered very quickly as well. As far as the equipment well just check the rest of the reviews top notched equipment gives you the gym equipment experience for sure! Love it! would like to see suggestions of length for bands and ropes base on a person height.Unless I didn’t see it

Great band, one of the toughest (maybe the toughest) available. Great option for deadlifts if you are really strong, a little easier for chest press. Front squats are brutal and anyone who can OHP this probably competes in strongman competitions (or should try.)

I love the solid feeling and the smoothness of the K Bar. I am 58 yrs old coming from a weightlifting background and this fits the bill perfectly for me. No more joint pain.

Hi! I think free weights are too consuming, I've got broken blood vessel at my head, injury at my back, it was so hard that barely breathe and I've done some research and find that free weights is not that efficient to build muscle and I was looking for something else. I will definitely not want to be a gym rat and neither want to spend 2-3 hours in gym because everybody has different programs and not everybody can afford it. I'm definitely glad to have Harambe system because you can train very...

Harambe is far superior for Chest Press, the wider grip is great for deadlifts. Curls are a lot of tension even at the bottom of the movement. OHP is way more comfortable. Bent row is so good with Harambe. Squats are insane with Harambe.

The longer bar is a fantastic!!! I compared what felt like my natural grip on the Harambe bar with the widest grip I can have on my X3 Elite bar. It’s only about an inch and a half difference, but what a huge difference. Tried chest press and have never had muscle activation like that before! Game changer!

I’ve been using Harambe System for about 6 months now, and I can honestly say that it allows much more of a TRUE barbell feel, enabling me to lift with a more standard grip width for me. The quality of the components and heft of the bar itself makes it feel like a tank. I made noticeable gains in just 3 months, due to the added weight of the bar, as well as the higher tension throughout the entire range of motion. The different sling rope lengths also add an element of progressive overload, so I...

Just completed first workout with the office system. Kbar, plate,.standard ropes , handles Did loose a couple of reps which is to be expected going from 19" board to the longer board. Plate was smooth as silk. Bearings smooth on the kbar Was far superior to the system I was using (He whom shall not be named ).

So grateful for the craftsmanship and skill that went into Harambe. When putting your hands on this bar you get an immediate sense of quality. It’s well made and sturdy. The length really adds a new dimension to all moves. I am thrilled to add Harambe to the mix. What a fantastic tool!

Love the setup. This with the board and additional ropes makes for the best system I’ve used. I hate going to the gym and this has been a lot easier for me to get a workout in!

I continue to be impressed with just how smooth the power curve is with this thing. The amount of force the bar adds … is unreal. The chest activation on presses is fantastic. This system literally checks every box for me!

I’ve used various wooden footplates and homemade solutions for resistance training. The Harambe platform is a great deal at this price. Have a hard time noticing a flaw.

The K bar is an absolute beast of a bar and can handle anything you throw at it. There's no resistance band in the market that this bad boy cannot conquer. The bar is stainless steel and absolutely beautiful. It has volcano knurling which is comfortable yet will give the user a good grip. I cannot find a single flaw with this bar and frankly, this bar is currently the best money can buy in the market right now for RBT fitness. It is well worth every penny as the craftsmanship and quality is bar ...

This plate is a monster yet elegant with its beautiful curves. Harambe System took the UHMW footplate game to a whole another level! Not only are the edges and corners rounded buttery smooth, it also has raised lips which reduces surface area the band contracts and ultimately reducing total band friction. The design of this plate is very well thought out and executed. The quality and craftsmanship is bar none. If you are looking for the Cadillac of RBT footplate then this here is the one. Becaus...

I love the bag. It's one of my favorite things in the Harambe system. I highly recommend it. As for the rest, it's highly worth it!

It's a big bag! I measured my bag to be right around 7.5lbs and about 40'' x 17'' x 3+4'' (the bag being 3'' and the outer pockets extending another 3-4''). It's nicely made of nylon with plenty of pockets for the plate and bar, bands, spaces, rods, workbooks and more. The large inner pocket has thick padding on the sides and bottom, and the two included padded cups do a good job of keeping my K bar secure in the long front pocket. The SBS zippers relatively smooth and robust feeling; the plast...

I had x3 and other small bars. They worked well but Harambe’s K bar is much better with its similar feel to free weights and how it blends both resistance bands and weight training together. I love the bar and quality is amazing.

While I’m still compiling the equipment to use properly. I couldn’t resist the urge to test drive the bands without the bar. I am amazed at the strength required to pull the dark &light green bands. I am totally sold on this system.

Very high quality! I love the feel of this bar. With the bands and the plate it actually feels like I am lifting an actual barbell with plates.

This is a solid piece of equipment. The quality, fit, and finish are meticulously spectacular! Once you acclimate to the fastening system you can really get a smooth flowing workout. If you’re on the fence about spending this much money on a band system, then get off now! There is nothing else like it.

Amazing band with fantastic tension. I own many other brands of bands and Harambe is the best of the best with no exception in my book. I'm a huge fan

Well built, holds everything from the Harambe system with pockets to separate and organize each thing. A must have if you want to keep your stuff neat, organized and transportable.

The rope and spacer system unlock a lot more usage out of a set of bands. I’m 5’6”. I use green-black ropes (sometimes with spacers) when I want the most instance workout with the bar or handles (bicep curls/rows/overhead presses/shoulder shrugs/tricep presses over the shoulder/etc). I use the yellow rope with 32” bands for deadlift and chest press. If doing deadlift or chest press with 38” bands I use green ropes, sometimes with a spacer. I use the white rope for double banded front squats, as ...

I love it. I originally had a competitor band set and though i used it for over a year and loved it as well, the Harambe system is superior. The Cork block is such simple thing but really changes the game. Makes all exercises easier and makes changing bands simple and fast. It really is the best band set on the market. Though it is expensive, when you calculate the cost of weights and equipment, it is much cheaper. Don’t get me wrong, free weights are awesome but if you don’t have the room for ...

As with every Harambe product I have purchased, it is top quality. I could not ask for a better made product. I already have a K system (which I love and use all the time) and getting the T bundle for travel has been amazing. Currently in Mexico travelling around with it has been great. From airBnBs to a nude beach, I have been able to stay consistent with my workouts while on the move with this smaller lighter form factor! Would 100% recommend to any prospective buyers. It is also my first ti...

High quality bands. I used other bands with the system at 32 inch and 41 inch before getting these, mainly because I'm fairly tall and purchased various rope lengths and spacers for variety. The Harambe 38 inch bands definitely seem to be the sweet spot and probably most useful. Goes to show the level of thought that went into design. The Harambe bands are exactly as expected for high quality bands. I do feel they are uniquely designed for progressive resistance which compared to others is a cra...

As I cannot train out of my home at the moment, I bought the bag so that I could carry the equipment to the gym that's in my apartment building. The materials are durable and sturdy and can hold a significant amount of weight. Additionally, the design is optimized to hold the complete Harambe bundle plus some other items. I can fit my K bar, plate, a set of handles, two sets of slings, and the complete set of Harambe bands, in addition to the black band, two other large bands, deadlift straps, c...

I use the hand grips in place of the straight bar now whenever it is suitable because the ability to have me hand and wrist in a more comfortable position helps my joints feel better (especially my elbows). I also feel I have to use my stabilizer muscles more too.

Total quality, in both product and customer service. There’s no hype, just a fantastic product that will help you get to the goals you set. Finally a Company that is not just about making money, but also caring about the people that use their product.

I purchased the K Bar bundle as part of my plan to improve my health and fitness. I had been saving for a rack, weights and a bench for my home gym. The K Bar bundle costs me about 1/3 of what I was planning on spending. Just started a PPL program today and I'm happy with everything so far. I'm in my mid 60's, I've gone thru cycles of weight training, injuries, and long layoffs. I'm looking forward to using the system, getting fitter and avoiding injuries.

I haven't used the black band much just yet, still getting used to the resistance adjustments with the other bands, but the quality of all the equipment I've received so far is ridiculously good! Amazing product!

the K-Rods are a Q-U-A-L-I-T-Y piece of equipment for resistance bands! Granted, the K-Rods need to be used in conjunction with the Harambee Ropes, however, by themselves, they are great!
