I'm a little over two weeks into using The Harambe Fitness System and I simply must say it beats a gym membership. I can get to it right in my own bedroom, and let me tell you this system is the truth! I haven't even opened the dark green or the black band of is packaging. I absolutely love my L Bar! The knurling is a great addition that feels fantastic, grippy but not overly aggressive. The action on the pulleys is so smooth. If you are a current x3 user you will not want to go back. I didn't notice how poor x3 bar was till after I used harambe, the difference is night and day.
