Love the fact that I usually get the coffee around 2 days after he roast it. Usually takes 2-3 days to get it once he ships it because I live in Illinois. I then wait the recommended time to rest I get from his website for the particular coffee I bought and it's sunspot on. Plus if your having a slight issue dialing your coffee in, Brent will answer any questions you email him to help you out. Totally awesome customer service!
