Wow this one is really good!! Expensive for sure but a must try. Citrus notes with a noticeable pineapple flavor although more subdued than the peach or strawberry co-ferments. Another winner from GB! You need to try this one for sure … ok maybe just the 4 oz due to cost. I do small pour over 17g in with 270g out for 16 to 1 ratio.

I got this coffee as someone on good brothers reached out when I was speaking about the specific bean and all I can say is wow. this coffee really came through for me. It is amazing as an espresso shot and as a pourover, so legit. It makes me want to compare all of the different varients of these beans and make a video... hmm...who would reign supreme...you'll have to tune in. This one though could go up against any cake variety out there in my opinion definitely worth a buy.

I purchased these portafilters(909 lab) for my Flair Classic. There is a noticeably longer brew time(about 8 sec longer), which is what I need to brew light-roasted coffee. I use a hand grinder, so I don't strain my hand while grinding coffee. Highly recommend it!

Velvet Amber is one of my new favorites. The notes are very balanced between chocolate and berries, which I really enjoyed in my lattes. Nice body and easy to dial it. This has such a layered unique flavor profile to it.
Since it was recommended to wait 2-4 weeks after the roast date for espressoI decided to try it at 2nd, 3rd, and 4th week intervals to start just to see how the flavors were.
I would definitely wait at least until the 3rd week at the earliest but the 4th week in my opinion was optimal. Even weeks after this the flavor just deepens in my opinion. Although this is great hot my favorite is cold. It absolutely makes the best iced coffee there is....
