Dear WOWGO Customer Support,
I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding an unresolved issue with my WOWGO board order. Despite my numerous attempts to communicate, my product has not been delivered, and I have not received a refund.
Each time I reach out, I am redirected and told to contact someone else, without any concrete resolution. This experience has been both disappointing and extremely frustrating.

I regret it so much... Impossible to do more than 10km of autonomy. Instead of correcting the default, wowgo tells me its normal and its because of the weather... I got 3 other wowgo before and I could make 15-20km of autonomy. So it is just a lie. Poor customer services...
