My experience has been a nightmare. I placed an order in December, it is now March and it has not arrived yet. The courier company (DHL) tells me that they do not know where this package is and their company does not know what is happening. They will not give me my money back, nor do they give me a solution. I just have to wait and wait, it is a shame, after having spent almost 600 euros. I want my money, I do not want the scooter.

I bought the WowGo 2s Max electric longboard expecting the advertised 24 km range, but it has been a big letdown. Even on Eco mode and with my 60 kg weight (well below the 75 kg rider used in their tests), the board only managed to go 14 km at best. When I reached out to customer support, they blamed the 10°C ambient temperature I tested in, claiming it was "too cold" for the battery to perform which is rather an excuse than a solution. The range is nowhere near what’s advertised, and the support team was unhelpful. I would not recommend this board because of the bad and unfriendly customer service I received and false advertisement claiming the battery can go before 24 kilometers on a single charge
