You haven't responded to a complaint which made the recipient sick as the "gluten free hamper" had an item with gluten in it.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Tastebuds and would not recommend them. I ordered an Eid hamper on 16 March 2026 for delivery on 20 March, as I needed it for an event on 22 March. On the morning of the 20th, I called to confirm delivery and was assured it would arrive on time. It did not the hamper only arrived on 23 March, after my event. Because of this, I had to spend an extra $110 out of pocket to create my own hamper at the last minute.

Site is very easy to negotiate. Only problem was the colours I picked for the tissue were not correct, but still a beautiful display.

First time was amazing. You made the hamper and it was great. This time COY not so much. Lake of information and chip selection - it was a selection of chips. Not just one packet.

Would not recommend, support team like hamper received missing items and not matching description If ordering for others delivery to yours to open and check. use a firm that’s reputable eg . edible Blooms don’t add on extras and expect your if any problem the support team will use misunderstanding And actually lie with there own screen shot eg only recieved 1 of 2 add on gifts they claim I never ordered but charged for 2 but claims my misunderstanding So where’s the other add

After expressing my concerns that the package had not been delivered yet and there after being advised that it was a very busy time and unfortunately it was delivered the day after even though I paid for the same-day delivery. I was offered very minimal compensation which unfortunately left me feeling as though I can’t rely on this organisation. they offer wonderful hampers but can no longer purchase them in fear that they will not reach destination with the impact that they should be.

Recipient was delighted with the gift, ordering was easy too.
