Very poor service

I never received the gift to review, instead we were sent somebody else's, despite emails, multiple phone calls and follow ups nothing has been rectified in over two week. Its the most disgusting service especially when you rely on company's like this to provide gift for celebrations. They have told us they would send someone out to collect the mistake but never have and they refuse to send the ACTUAL gift we PAID FOR. No refund offered, nothing. I will be escalating things further.

The wrong order was delivered, and despite three emails and a phone call, I have still not yet received any response. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Being Ignored after repeated contact attempts shows a lack of accountability and professionalism. I am still waiting for a resolution and now expect a full refund. I would not recommend this business based on my after delivery experience.

Late poor service and the order was ruined and that was after I paid express service to get it before Valentine’s Day. I have used you guys before but I don’t know if I would again.

My experience with tastebuds was dissapointing. This gift was for my daughters special day turning 13th..she recieved her flowers from" flowers of us" same day service melbourne and birthday Balloons on time.. But Tastdbuds let me down and i made this order online a week and half earlier before my daughters birthday.👎

I am disappointed with my recent order.

Don’t waste your time. Don’t pay for express delivery. You won’t be able to get hold of anyone who can assist you with the order if you try and track it.

I would not recommend using this service. I placed an order for a gift hamper on 11th February for delivery on 13th February, but it was not delivered as scheduled. There is no customer service support available over the weekend, which made it impossible to get assistance at the time. When I contacted customer service on Monday, I was informed that because I had selected standard delivery, the item was not delivered on the expected date and would instead arrive on 16th February.
