The bouquets themselves were lovely but the delivery and customer service was atrocious.
I had to follow up with the company via email when only 1 of the five ordered bunches arrived (on my doorstep with no announcement at 10.24pm at night). There was no return reply to my email. I then had to follow up via phone.
I was told there had been an email sent but a thorough search through all my email boxes including bin showed no email received. Despite stating I needed these for Mother's Day for
