I am very disappointed. My friends didn't receive the gift. Most probable gift was left in the street, not deliver to the hands.

As per previous statement, nothing arrived and am waiting for you to respond on email and refund the payment.

I ordered from the UK for the first time for my great nephews and was very impressed with speedy delivery!

Not delivered after 14 days

Not a good experience at all, didn’t arrive until after Easter even though I paid express post and it said it would be delivered before Easter. Also when the box arrived and my niece and nephew opened it, I was not like the picture displayed on your website. The box was not full for the price. Hamper $89 postage $18 certainly not worth the money when what I ordered is not what arrived.

I placed an order from the UK to Sydney and it was delivered promptly. The Easter Golden Bubbles Hamper was greatly appreciated and quickly devoured.

Awful experience all round

Ordering was easy snd fast but I entered tge wrong delivery date do calked straight away and changed it to a week earlier. Delivery people obviously didn’t read the change and this was delivered 4 days late. It was Easter so that made it even later. Disappointing.

Easy

The page where you can make your own gift was not working, so I had to go with a gift you had already put together. On a phone conversation I had the staff member was not able to either tell me why the page was not operating or if there was another way for me to put together my own gift, further your online chat was not helpful either as it just kept on referring me to the website. If it was known there were issues with you online ordering there should have been something said on line.
