It was easy. Although I got an email after I ordered 2 king size blankets. It said order 2 blankets and get a travel one for free. 😢 So do we qualify for the free travel blanket?

It was good but came late

I ordered a king size blanket. I did not receive a king, it hardly fits a queen bed. When I emailed about it, I was told I could return it, AT MY OWN EXPENSE, but that it had to be all the way in China within 14 days of its arrival to me, which is impossible. I'm giving it 2 stars only because it's soft and cozy, but I did NOT get what I paid plenty of money for. I don't recommend any company that forces you to pay for a return when they messed up.

On another note this also can be used when a child is sick and throwing up, I know that doesn’t sound sexy but there is always more to the equation especially when you have children! I love this product and helps save on washing entire bedding.

I have bath towels that cover more area than the blanket. But I guess you get what you pay for and an additional $20 delivery fee.

Your website clearly states that there is free shipping, a 30 day trial and easy returns; but when I went to return this I was met with multiple road blocks: first I was told that it was a 14 day trial, not a 30 day, and that it had to be unused. After I shared a screen shot of the website showing the advertised 30 day trial (and a reminder of what a trial implies) I was finally told that yes in fact it can be returned, but was not helped when inquiring about the 68$ shipping.
