Never received my order, it’s been over a month! Traded emails with customer service several times, but never got a realistic update. I disputed the charge with my credit card company! Extremely frustrating and disappointing!!!

"great coverage" the love blanket is smooth soft and entirely effective as a waterproof cover. Love it

My order shipped way late, then only a part of it showed up! The rest was later then feb 14th. Given it was ordered before feb 1st that is an issue! None stated they were back ordered or anything! Just did not ship! I reached out asking for the rest of the order to be cancelled and then they shipped it instead 2 days later!! Very upsetting and disappointing! Would highly recommend going anywhere else prior to shopping here!

Why did you not cancel my order (#LBS35244) when I first informed you on January 23, 2025? I followed up on January 28, 2025, and despite multiple emails, my request was completely ignored. Instead of acknowledging my cancellation request, you only responded about a shipping delay, which was irrelevant to my concern. Due to your failure to process my cancellation request, the order was still shipped and delivered on February 1, 2025. I also attempted to call the number listed on your website, but the call never connected. Now, you are expecting me to cover the return costs without providing a prepaid return label, even though the mistake was on your end. Since you have refused to address this issue properly, I have registered a formal complaint with Consumer Protection Ontario regarding your lack of communication, failure to honor my cancellation request, and the unreasonable burden of return shipping costs.
