Pretty pleased with the overall experience on the website and the build process id say there is just a few small minor QC things that could be tightened up on as far as hardware being correct in Qty and accuracy packaged. Also certain tolerances for parts if it is supposed to be using a recessed hardware so it doesn't protrude above its mounted Copart. Very nice construction of this product, however these were the small details overall I picked up on during the build.

Honestly I've seen a lot of bad reviews about the customer service, but I contacted support asking to change the wheel deck, and the replied within 2 days. (I will say they did say that they'd change it but didn't, but I can't fault them for my mistake.)
