I was sent extra parts and was told over two months that my pedals would be delivered in a few weeks and it took well over 6 weeks to get them.
I offered to send back the extra part that was sent and the question was avoided 3 times in my emails. That experience makes me not want to reach out for help ever again which is why I am sitting on accessory parts that can’t fit on my chassis.

6Sigma has great customer service. Stock issues and a miscommunication was rectified with some loaner equipment, and they were even able to accommodate an error that I made when ordering products. The chassis itself is solid as long as it's assembled properly. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a sim rig.
