It took over 3 weeks for my order to arrive. It was correct, but one pair were for a birthday present and they didn’t arrive until after the birthday party

You really can't return, they won't guarantee a valid address or shipping label to mail it back internationally. Then I get my credit card statement and an extra international shipping charge!

Not at all what I thought they were gonna be. Not any softer than any other ones I have seen in the stores where I live!! Very disappointed because I have trouble with my feet and I thought these were gonna be good for me and they are not!!

I was hoping these would be very comfortable on my peripheral neuropathy feet. They were too hard. I soaked them like I had read and they were still too hard for me to wear. I've given them all away. Others will love them as they are nice. Just didn't work for me.

Shipping takes long time

My order was incorrect. I got only one pair that fit out of four pairs. They need to stay cool so they're basically inside shoes. I'm not happy I spent so much, but honestly didn't need to deal with returns and the fact that my sizes and colors were also incorrect. At least I was able to use the too big ones as gifts. So while they're comfortable I'm not sure how long they'll last, but they're ok so far! I am not sure how well made they are as they seem glued together.

You sent the wrong size

I found these while I was playing a game on my phone. I looked at them every time they came up. I had to really think about them in order for me to really want them.
