Unfortunately these slippers are not true to their size. I went larger as recommended and it still was not the right size. Returns are almost impossible, since they need to be shipped back to China. Postage is too high. I was offered 30% rebate of another order and told to donate the small slippers. Not a happy customer at all. Sorry.
