I love the Kid Proof Thumbs-Up Kickstand Case for the iPad 12.9. The only issue was that mine didn’t include the pencil holder shown on the website. Customer service really bent over backwards to try to make it right. In the end, the replacement holder didn’t quite fit the case, but I still appreciate the effort. I’d absolutely recommend this company and hope they update the photos on their site.
