Originally I bought the sz 10 based on the measurements, but it was a bit snug for me. Exchange process was easy, but it's a bummer that there is an exchange fee.

I needed pants which meet WHS guidelines for welding but were also classy enough for the classroom and meetings. SUK meet all those requirements and are great! Thank you ☺️

Finding what i want was easy. The product layouts were clear aand really demonstrated the products. The pictures did a good job of showing me all sides and the colors felt true to what I received. Your color selection was large, though one of my items was canceled after an extensive delay for being out of stock. It was frustrating to pay for an item because your quantity updates were not updated daily, much less real-time.

Overall I have it in my hands so I can't put one star and I do like the purchase. However is very disappointing that because long and short aren't available in change size, and it is about size... As I explained before, I had to pay extra shipping, I lost my discount, and in the end, I spent more money in the purchase that I was hoping to.

Difficult process getting a refund for product missing from order

I understand the issue with shopping online and shipping costs etc but I wish there was more info saying I usually wear an American 14 and I like this size. Would have been helpful.
