Didn't respond to my last email about the wacky ass sizes

Great products - I live in a rural area with a very large population of female farmers. I get lots of comments on the products and the delivery is super-fast, even to my little island in the Puget Sound.

Ordered a size 6 short body to begin with - the short body was super tight in the crotch, so I initiated a return/instant exchange. Got my new suit (long body & I went up a size, too, for a little more wiggle room) within a few days. Great customer service, easy peasy to deal with!

I reached out multiple times about this sizing issue and never heard from anyone at SUK. This is the second suit I have had a miserable time getting the right size for, despite reading the measurement info carefully. I think I've now spent about $80 on shipping and ended up with one suit that still doesn't fit under the arms. I love the price point and the materials, but y'all need someone who can work patterns over to fit smaller sizes and stay consistent across pieces.

Easy and clothes arrived quickly. A bit disappointing that so few sale styles were available in mid sizes (12-16) but I guess that's the way sales work.

Customer service was great when I was trying to remember Aus to US sizing! They were super helpful and on top of it!

Quality. Can be odd fitting. Like I got a long torso in the lagoon suit and everything fits except I can’t move my arms at all because I have broad shoulders, and then the bush was a bit big and it still puffed in the thoracic. Technically that should have made space for the arms but I end up with red marks on the fronts of my shoulders if I’m using my arms for anything and I also ended up cutting open the sleeves so I could actually lift my arms up and have range of movement. Size up too big!

Takes a while to respond, costs money to do a return or exchange and also value of the exchange isn’t fair because it doesn’t take into account sale prices

I love the color and material but I am too tall for their clothes even with adjustable straps and had to size up from an 8 to a 12. I emailed and they weren’t super helpful and it’s just annoying to me when size inclusive brands only get wider not shorter or taller. Once I got the way bigger size I had to alternate myself to not be too giant on the top and it doesn’t fit great but just good enough i want to keep it because the adjustable wait band makes it somewhat flattering. Got lots of compliments so far but really worked for it
