I was really happy with the service I received. I ordered online for an in-store pickup. I was pleasantly surprised when the staff asked me if I’d like to try the suit on before leaving to make sure I had the right size.
A couple of days after purchasing, one of the studs on my suit popped so I brought it into the store to see about getting it repaired. I was instead given a new suit as a replacement. Very happy with how quickly this issue was resolved. Staff were wonderful.

Great customer service on exchanges but I have learnt not to buy sales unless I have previously tried on the product, as the sales benefits are lost when exchanging and having to pay full price for something if you can find the size.
