Very good experience with returns to swap some items that I needed the long body rather than short body version. The exchange with the card details stored was great so I didn’t miss out on sizes in the sale while I waited for my return to be processed. Great idea.

Shopping the web site was easy, except for a little confusion on the sizes. I shopped from the US, yet as an AU company, It wasn't clear if the numeric sizes reflected US, or UK, or AU or other sizes. The measurement based size chart helps a lot, but does it reflect the size of the garment or optimal size of the person? Hmmm . . .
