I'm really disappointed in sizing and return process. There's clearly a defect or major sizing issue. I’ve tried to work this out with customer service, but I still don't have a resolution since my original order date of 11/6/25, 3 weeks ago.

Easy, love the different sized models - which gives an accurate idea of how the garments look according to a buyers body shape. Great payment options I.e. Apple Pay, appreciate the updates on status and very fast delivery.

I need an exchange! I have sent so many emails and so many requests thru the website itself with zero response. I think I will be stuck with the suit I want to exchange. I actually bought 3 suits to get size comparisons and now I cant get an exchange even though it says right on the site free returns and exchanges. I will not buy again from SÜK if I can not get this resolved.

I was greeted when I first entered the store and offered help which I did decline, however I expected to be checked on in the changing room. I tried on probably 7-8 items and wanted advice on sizing but when I stuck my head out I couldn't see a staff member to help. It was quite busy, but it would be great to have a dedicated changing room attendant.
