NOT GOOD.....I ORDERED A 36" CASE AND RECEIVED A 42" CASE, WHICH WILL NOT WORK FOR MY NEEDS. I HAVE REPEATEDLY CALLED/EMAILED TO TRY TO GET IT RESOLVED AND NOBODY, AND I MEAN NOBODY, HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME IN OVER A MONTH. I SIMPLY WANT THE CASE THAT I ORDERED; NOTHING MORE. BUT I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY NOBODY WILL EVEN RESPOND TO TRY TO STRAIGHTEN OUT THE MISTAKE THAT WAS MADE IN SHIPPING ME THE WRONG CASE. WANTED TO ORDER FROM A VET OWNED COMPANY, BUT AM BEYOND CONFUSED WHY NOBODY RESPONDS...

Shopping for the gun case was easy you show me how nice it was made and what things would fit. But you also told me my 42 inch long rifle for hunting would fit. When it got here, it was about an inch and a half shorter than my rifle, which is 42 inches. So not happy because I have a gun case that my guns donβt fit in.
