I paid for expedited shipping (3-5) days. I received the product approximately 3 weeks later. The shoes do not fit; even though, I measured her paws three times. I have been unable to execute a return or exchange because the order status still shows as ā€œpreparing shipment.ā€ I have contacted RifRuf several times to get the issue resolved; however, I have still been unable to process a return. I would highly recommend researching other companies first. I love the design concept, but not worth it

This was my third pair of Rifruf sneakers I ordered for my dog. I ordered this pair of sneakers May 28th and received them July 7th. My dog died July 1st. My dog was 14 years old, and his rear paws would knuckle when he walked causing him to stumble and scrape his nails. The Cesar Sneakers helped keep him from knuckling and protected his nails. I attempted to return the shoes, but they werenā€™t ā€œeligible for return.ā€ Great product, terrible customer support.

I have yet to see the two sets of shoes I ordered over 2 weeks ago which should have been delivered within 5 days. The tracking they sent did not work. They sent a new link but it did not update until I was already on the 2nd to the last day of my trip. The shoes would not be delivered until I had left the hotel. When I emailed again to ask for help, I was sent a reply that the whole team were off on a mental health break until April 6. Extremely stressful experience dealing with this company.

I am TOO sad beyond words looking at your website knowing that size 2 is STILL not re-stocked in ANY STYLE. Can't you have a "NOTIFY ME WHEN WE RESTOCK" button???
