Very poor customer service and interaction especially when trying to problem solve. Device does not work as advertised, Bluetooth does not work, wireless Apple car play does not work and can’t speak to anyone to resolve, and no instructions in box only brief basic video on YouTube how to fit, but no problem solving FAQs or anything to support customers fitting.

IM FUMING!!! I haven’t received my parcel I’ve waited 12 days and have contacted the customer service team multiple times via WhatsApp chat call and email - not one response! I called Royal Mail they’ve send the sender hasn’t placed the correct delivery information on the package. I’m appalled by the service this was for an 18th birthday present for a family member who just got her car and I trusted this service but I’m horrified by the lack of customer service and lack of communication there is
