Arrived late. No communication from carsosa at all despite numerous attempts over email, phone and text. Product arrived in basically an empty box. No manual no instructions. After install android auto doesn't work, car play barely works, Bluetooth is not working on the original car radio. This is clearly a cheap product that is being marketed as a premium one. Consider this a scam and will be taking action to try and retrieve some money back.

Useless

I ordered and it came within the 4-7 workinf days so I was happy however, this isn’t a negative but I feel like when ordering as I put in order notes of you could contact me if it was wrong and wouldn’t fit in my car ( which happened) I didn’t ever have any customer service which I feel would help many ppl from doing the same as I did

I would like a refund as this stereo was no compatible with my car

The don't answer emails or Instagram messages, the app didn't show the status of the package. At some point I thought this was a scam after I received a suspicious text message from Royal Mail announcing the delivery. I'm glad it wasn't a scam and I've got my new carplay installed but you should review your customer facing services.

Have not received my order and customer service appalling. No response to my messages and no way of speaking to anyone.

It didn’t come, no reply on any of the contact methods, reported to action fraud UK and telling my friends who were going to make orders not to bother because this is ridiculous.

Good company although it took a while to get here ( having parted with money ) it took over a week to get here but it arrived and was well packaged and easy to install!

an absolute joke correspondence was shocking. Didn’t know where my order was and the people who do talk to on WhatsApp. It’s got no time for you at all to resolve matters.
