I’ve only shopped with Rodeo Quincy a couple of times and by far this last experience took me off guard. Customer service is lacking . As many coupons as Rodeo Quincy sends out , I am appalled that a Policy for returns would be created for Final Sale with use of coupon. Even for an exchange ! Bad Customer Service !
