I cannot stress enough that this company has the most atrocious customer service I have ever dealt with. When I received my order and tried on the items I reached out the same day via the phone number that was on my packing slip. Several days later, I received a text message after I reached out a second time via text stating that I needed to contact their customer service Email as that was their preferred communication. I did that within minutes of receiving said text message. Again, waited several days for a response. I explained the issue I was having and yet again, they took several days for someone to respond back. The information that I was sent was not information that I requested and did not solve the issue I was having. I went ahead and went online on my own and figured it out. That email was received very late yesterday evening and I did the return this morning. Now, I am being told that one of the items I’d like to return was a final sale and not returnable/exchangeable. I can pretty much bet that was not indicated when I purchased the item 2–3 weeks ago. Buyer, beware!
