Great product, but disappointing customer service. The grill guards arrived without any instructions. Although the website mentioned an installation video, customer service later confirmed that no such video exists. That said, the grill guards themselves are high quality and fit perfectly.

I have ordered several products but the biggest is the zr1 wing and I opted for one that showed in stock and then was informed after the fact that it was not in stock and that all zr1 wing style were, after already removing the old wing and selling it I now had now rear wing. I then had to buy another wing to replace the no missing one. I have been offered no apologies for all the inconveniences except you can refund or I can wait. No estimate of time or discounts for anything. Sad

I sent them a email and they said I didn’t pay enough for shipping which is what was put on the shipping item when I purchased it I was waiting and waiting for responses. I had to send several emails before someone would attend my situation. I think a lack of communication and fixing the problem they said was a glitch in the system.
