I trusted you guys and ended up getting the wrong part that didn’t match the description at all. I even paid someone to install it, and that’s when we realized the fitment was completely off. Now I’m being told to take everything back off, ship it back, and wait again after already wasting almost a month dealing with this. The unit I received was not the one pictured on the website. It also had a crack, which I clearly documented and shared with the seller. Despite multiple email exchanges, the seller repeatedly avoided answering my questions about the product, and they were unable to provide any helpful information over the phone. This leads me to believe the item may be drop-shipped or sourced from an unreliable supplier.
