I auto filled my address on the website - used Shop that works for all order. Waited a week hadn't heard anything. Reached out to customer care (who where great) and they said my address was invalid, I provided the exact same address and there was no problem. It would have been better if I had been notified instead of having to follow up. The product was then shipped and arrived a day later.
