The product was faulty which they agreed as it only last 5 weeks before it stopped working. They tried to upsell me to the Pro and said I would get a discount, instead they tried to charge me more plus the shipping which should have been free as they were suppose to be replacing a daily item less than 2 months old. They won’t reply to my emails as o don’t want in upgrade. Beware of this company as they are not based in Australia as the website suggests but in China.
