Bought it to try because the reviews say it is not sour. Fake reviews. The kimchi is so sour…. Not better than supermarket ones. Very disappointing.

I ordered 4 jars as a first order just because they MARKETED it as sold in glass jars instead of plastic. on the day of delivery I asked them some questions on storage and I was told "You can just keep them in the fridge directly as we are now using plastic containers. 🙏🙏". they switched to plastic without updating anyone, their website is literally still marketing it as glass and if I hadn't had asked those questions I probably wouldn't have known about it till I received the product. told

I love jin kimchi and will continue to order but I noticed from My most recent order that the amount of kimchi is less and the original Cabbage kimchi is drier than before and not as tasty.

Service delivery was excellent - was kept updated on the delivery time and was able to communicate with the delivery person.

Delivery and communication was very fast & efficient

Despite taste was not as good as before and kimchi is strangely bitter. The customer service was really good. I bought quite late and request if it was possible to have next day delivery for a dinner event . The whatsapp customer service was prompt and helpful with good follow-up. I got meats early in the day on sat. Well in time for dinner.

Except that the delivery was more than 5 days and i had to ask about when the delivery would be. I was OK with the delay but would appreciate if Jin Kimchi could initiate the notification of the delay. thanks

Sale was so good that my delivery ended up later than usual. But I appreciate the timely and accurate delivery notice, I was able to collect and fridge them in time.
