Delivery should be a real-time instead of taking up to 5 days. It does not make sense to take this long to order a kimchi. Customers will just pick up whatever at the Cold Storage. The size option should be various too to avoid a plastic waste.

Easy app navigation tool. However when I wanted to pass back the cleaned plastic bottles back to the delivery man, he said no discounts with the plastic containers, only the glass containers. I was only hoping for a recycling program where you take back the containers the kimchi came in … thanks.
