Great experience

Very direct.

Everything was good except I had to install Shop to track. The tracking was off as well. Since it ships from China, there is no update until it is processed and shipped in the US. Here the experience was better, but expected more updates because it cost so much money, made me nervous. In the end, all was good. Packaging was solid and protective.

Came with a broken fender

One email a day for two weeks, still no resolution.

Can’t ever get in touch with someone to return it.

Shipping took longer than expected and it was hard to get in contact with someone from customer service. In this day and age I want to speak to someone when I call, not expect a call back from the company hoping it's actually someone from the company and not someone with ill intention. Past that, the scooter is awesome and it did arrive, just delayed a bit.

Everything was described perfectly and arrived unharmed.

Originally ordered a different scooter from website only to be told the following day that it was discontinued. Then upsold a more expensive one. Felt a little like a bait and switch tactic. Customer service rep said he couldn't help and I needed to email the company to make any changes although the scooter wasn't even available

I had 14 days left and I told them I wasn’t really happy with the scooter. It took them another couple of days to respond. And it just seemed like they did not want to help me at all so I gave it away. The scooter is gone and the charger.
