Great pricing and amazing performance for value!

Order mix up but corrected. Customer service line needs improvement for English language

They shipped quickly from the states, competent prices, and have answered all my post sale questions.

I had 14 days left and I told them I wasn’t really happy with the scooter. It took them another couple of days to respond. And it just seemed like they did not want to help me at all so I gave it away. The scooter is gone and the charger.

it took to long for it to arrive you should keep some of them in stock in america so it shouldn't take so long

Ordered the DT2 Pro and received it in just under two weeks. It was very well packaged, and it was quick and easy to install the handle bars and display.

Arrived quickly…much appreciated. After riding a week, I’ve recognized that unless you are proficient with bike disc brakes, this model may not be the best option for you. I noticed excessive noise from them like… a lot…. So I took a laser thermometer to it… yeah, 150°. I’m a seasoned bike wrench, so tuning this won’t be an issue… but, for someone else, not so capable, this experience would have sucked.

It took twice as long for the extra charger to get here than the scooter itself. There is no booklet in the box regarding torque specs on the bolts for the tires and around the entire scooter.

Fantastic service

Returned my f1 max, was a pile of junk. Glad I wasn't stuck with it. Unfortunately I'm now stuck with a worthless tire and tube. Kick rocks ausom.

The shipping was very fast and all the questions are answered within minutes!

So far so good. The L2 Max exceeded my expectations. I mostly run it in one motor mode. It's nice to have the extra punch of the extra motor for steep hills, off road, and when you just need to get moving a little faster.
