My experience with Ausom has been really disappointing. Their support was horrible; they sent me a new tire, but the video they provided was for a different model, not the DT 2 Pro. Plus, the wiring for the back motor is different, making the video useless. I still have ongoing issues with the battery and speed, which is not what I expected. It’s only been three months with under 900 miles on it, and I’m ready to get rid of it. I won’t spend any more money on this scooter.
