Great experience

Purchased F1 scooter and never received a tracking number. The charger arrived and I waited two weeks before canceling my order.

The only reason I didn’t get five stars is because typically you guys are sold out of a lot of items which I think is a seller are good problems to have but become an issue when you need a product kind of soon and if you want there to be total market for proprietary parts on your end. I would advise trying to keep the most relevant or the most purchased ones on a constant availability mentality. Other way you’re just gonna lose revenue.

I ordered 3 harnesses, one for gallop and 2 for gopard, and I only received 2, one for each.

Central U.S based and the shipping was very fast. Scooter within 5 days ( in a California warehouse assuming) and the extra charger cable was 9 Business days. so plan ahead for extras motors.. tires etc

One of the worst purchasing experiences I’ve had. I ordered an Ausom F1 Max scooter over a month ago and it still never shipped. Every update I received was either vague or turned out to be wrong. My trust kept getting raised and then disappointed again. In the end, I had to cancel the order because the delays, lack of transparency, and poor customer service were just too much. I would not recommend this company to anyone expecting a reliable purchase experience.

The website said part was in stock. Ten days later after I inquired about it, I was informed it was not even though the site still claimed they were in stock. 17 days from ordering to receiving. Lame!

Its an online store i got what I paid for. What else is there to say.

Was having problems with my scooter. Stopped responding then i said heck with it bought parts on my own and they send wrong parts. They have reached out and hopefully will fix all the issues.
