The watch bands are beautiful and well-made. The materials and stones are particularly nice. The customer service I received when I had a fit issue was excellent. The only problem I’ve had is that I have a small sized wrist and large hands. I have several bands that I’m going to restring so I can get them over my hand and onto my wrist. Customer service worked with me on this issue and I was satisfied.

The shipping process is very slow. Even after I got an email stating that my purchase was “on its way” the tracking number showed “label created” for over a week before the order was actually out for delivery. It took a total of three weeks to get my product.
