Our only issue was the prolonged shipping time. It was ordered approximately Nov 28 as a Christmas gift but arrived several days after Christmas. I expect holiday slow-down of deliveries was the issue and beyond your company’s control.

The customer service is horrendous. The delivery time was over a month. These were two Christmas gifts that were ordered two weeks before Christmas with no warning of the delivery being late when it was discussed with Customerservice they were like oh well I hope you like it when you get it they were very rude and inconsiderate and I would never deal with this company again also, you can buy the same product on Amazon for less money
