Their customer service is very responsive. I have a tiny wrist and needed to have a custom fit. I sent a request and they responded quickly and I received my custom band with no additional charge. Very good customer service.

I ordered this expecting delivery within the stated times; however, for some reason, the delivery on this was delayed until I was fearful I wouldn't get it in time for the 4th of July holiday, which is when I wanted it. It arrived JUST in the nick of time; but I sure wish I hadn't had to suffer the wait.

I contacted customer service to refund a duplicate purchase and was very frustrated. I was encouraged to trade the duplicate item for 2 items - with the second for “free”. When I saw the new cost and that it wasn’t really free, I asked to cancel the entire order (keeping the original purchase). I was told that wasn’t possible and that I could return it after I got it even though it hadn’t yet shipped. That meant shipping it back with postage. I don’t plan to buy another item.
