I was impressed with the straps immediately, but when I had an issue, the expedient manner in which the matter was resolved spoke volumes about the company. The way a company addresses a problem is telling. What my issue tells me is that Cape Diablo stands behind its products, and it also tells me I’ll be ordering more straps!

I’ve ordered with CD in the past and had an excellent experience. Customer service was very easy to work with and helpful. Five stars!

Tired of all subsequent ads that you keep sending me. If I want to do any more shopping I will go to the website. I don't need you to keep sending me emails.

I had to wait a little longer than expected to get my watch bands but it was well worth it!

My products always come shipped well & in nice cases.i have 7 of their beaded watch bands, several bracelets & several necklaces. I only wish they sold a case for all of my watch bands. I knew as soon as I got my Apple Watch I would have to find a smaller band. These are perfect & turn my watch into jewelry that matches my clothes. I highly recommend them as a vendor.

Prompt and courteous response

Prompt delivery, of bands. I like the stone bands, but not so keen on the multiple strands of silver balls. The bands tend to fall down to my wrist and the watch then has to be turned on again. However a smaller band would not have fitted over my hand.

Like already said, it broke within a week, I let them know they said to send a picture, I did, and I’ve heard nothing since! You ripped me off for a lot of money!

Your shipping is quite slow, but had it not been for the inaccuracy of the photo of my last purchase with you, I would have given you five stars and continued to buy from you, but given how far off the band is from your photo and the slow shipping, I feel three stars is fair.
