Along with collagen I also take Boomer Boost now for just over a month and am still taking CoQ10 that I have taken for over 10 years. In about a month I will stop taking the CoQ10 and see how the boomer boost well work alone. Right now I can tell the boomer boost gives me more energy than I had before. I’m anxious to stop taking the CoQ10 and just take Boomer boost. It’s a great product.
