I tried to call the phone number associated with Reactive Outdoor and it was out of service for help with finding the battery. Not helpful
Went on you tube for instructions. The video did not include the location of the battery. ??? Nor did the instructions which come with the tent explain where to find the battery, i.e. battery located in plastic container with "free repair kit". Sometimes the obvious to some is not obvious to others!!. I do want a refund. The tent was not used. What to do?
