This was my first experience with RO and I am so grateful. My son and I were able to make our first camping trip together and setting up our tent was the least of our worries. According to my tracking notifications: Yesterday (May 25th) at 10:14 AM: I received a notice stating delivery was unsuccessful because no one was home. Yesterday, a few hours later: A second notification stated the parcel had been successfully delivered. The courier left the package completely unattended outside my apartment door. Because I was away, the package was stolen before I returned home today. This order was intended as a birthday gift for May 29th.
