I’m keeping one item and returning one item because even though I ordered it and it’s large it size it must be returned. I do not like your return process. It’s much cumbersome in reality. You don’t want us to return the item and so you do exhaust the process rather than just making it seamless. It is also something you should tell folks ahead of time that when they need to return something, they have to cover their own shipping back to you I think that’s slightly deceptive
