I regret purchasing from Urban Revivo. The products are made with cheap materials and feel nothing like what is advertised—definitely not worth the price.
Even worse is their customer service and return policy. I returned items that were delivered back to their warehouse , yet I’ve received no refund and no response after multiple attempts to contact them. The lack of communication is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
I strongly caution other shoppers to think twice before
