I think the coat is much nicer than the photo and description indicated. The cost is appropriate to the high quality. The customer support I received from UR when I was confused during shipping was excellent.
The courier in Canada, E-Mile, did not ring the buzzer for the building or ring my doorbell. I happened to be up late and noticed an email saying the package was delivered at 2 am. So, I got dressed thinking it must be outside, but it was on the floor, at my door. Grateful for neighbours!
